Do You Accept Insurance?
At this time I DO NOT accept insurance
Can I work with you if I don't have insurance or don't want to use insurance?
Yes! You can choose to pay out of pocket for your services. This method provides us the freedom to explore your concerns without interference from your insurance company or the need for us to "diagnose" your concerns with a mental health disorder for reimbursement. It also provides you with more control over the type of care you receive and more flexibility in the work we do together.
Another benefit of paying privately for your services is that you get to choose the therapist that’s the right fit for you and your needs, not just a therapist that accepts your insurance. This is probably the most important variable to consider as you begin Therapy
What Forms of Payment do You Accept?
Currently, I accept Credit Cards, HSA Cards, Venmo, Personal Checks, and Cash. All payments and balances are due prior to the start of your scheduled session. (Credit Cards will be charged a 3% increase to cover transaction fee)
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If for any reason you’re unable to attend an appointment, I ask my clients for 24 hours' notice. For any appointments canceled or missed without at least 24 hours' notice, clients will be responsible for the full session fee.
Do you Offer Virtual Counseling options?
Yes, both in-person and Telehealth/Virtual appointments are available.
How Long do Sessions Last and What are your Session Fees?
The investment for a 60 minute initial intake visit is $125. After the initial intake appointment, individual counseling sessions are 45 to 50 minutes and are billed at $100. Couples counseling appointments, up to 45-50 minutes, are an investment of $150 per session.
**** All fees are subject to a 3% increase if payment method is a credit card****
When do I Pay?
All payment is required prior to services. If paying by personal check or cash then payment will occur at the session before getting started by placing payment into payment container located at the counseling office.
If paying by credit, debit or HSA/FSA card then the card information will be taken prior to or at intake and by the end of the working day all clients receiving services will be billed.
